Osaka Nagai Stadium is a first class sports venue, consisting of three adjoining facilities: Nagai Stadium I, Nagai Stadium II , and Multi Purpose Stadium for Field Sports. It has been used for many international sporting events including the 2002 FIFA World Cup and the East Asian Games. And it will soon be host to the 11th IAAF World Championships in Athletics in 2007.
